Welcome to Renegade Standard Poodles, where we connect you with your new best friend. It's not a dog...it's a Renegade Standard Poodle!

We raise AKC Standard Red and Apricot Standard Poodles in our home, located on 10 acres in the Sierra Nevada Foothills. Our dogs live in the house and receive the best of care, spending their days roaming the ranch, traipsing through the pond, or lounging on the couch. Standard Poodles are the most hypoallergenic of all coated breeds, so very suitable for indoors and best suited for allergy sufferers.

All our poodles are certified with OFA to CHIC standards, which includes hips, shoulders, eyes and cardiac. We also do genetic testing to make sure all our dogs are clear of any known carrier diseases. All puppies come with a health warranty, genetic defects for 1 year and hip dysplasia for 2 years.

We focus on fostering the best temperament in our puppies. We use the Puppy Culture program and focus on biosensory training. By exposing our puppies to early stressors, they develop resilient responses to stress later on. We start biosensory training at 3 days old to influence their neurological growth and development. This practice also makes our puppies better suited to perform desired duties.
